Refund Policy.
Please read this policy before making any payment. Submitting a payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours refunds are no longer available unless approved by management on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
- Service could not be fulfilled by VAS AUTO LTD.
- Vehicle unavailable after payment confirmation.
Non-Refundable
- Inspection deposits after the inspection has been performed.
- Auction bids already placed on behalf of the customer.
- Customs, clearing and shipping fees already remitted.
- Change-of-mind after 24 hours.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
